In case of anticipated departure, we will charge the total sum concerning the booked stay.

In order to guarantee your booking we kindly ask you a prepayment of 15% or to give us a credit card number.

Rooms are available at 14:00 the day of arrival until 11:30 the day of departure.

No reduction for meals that were not taken.

Concerning the meals in the restaurant, we require proper clothing. For diner, we appreciate more elegant clothes.

It is forbidden to use the bathrobe for treatments in the swimming pools or to use the room towels outside of those.

The usage of the swimming pools is free for all clients in half and full board.

For B&B clients, we will charge a supplement except if you do a treatment in the spa of minimum 50 minutes (Quick Escape packages excluded).
