Our cancellation conditions are the following:
- no cancellation fee for cancellation 7 days before arrival. Under 7 days cancellation, we will charge 1 night every 3 booked nights.
- In case of anticipated departure (without 72 hours prior notice), we will charge 50% of the total amount of the stay.
- "No show": we will charge 1 night every 3 booked nights.

- In order to guarantee your booking we kindly ask you a prepayment of 15% or to give us a credit card number.
- Rooms are available at 14:00 the day of arrival until 11:30 the day of departure.
- No reduction for meals that were not taken.
- Concerning the meals in the restaurant, we require proper clothing. For dinner, we appreciate more elegant clothes.
- It is forbidden to use room towels outside of those (it is forbidden to use them in the pools for example).
- The usage of the swimming pools is free for all clients in half and full board.
- For B&B clients, we will charge a supplement except if you do a treatment in the spa of minimum 50 minutes.
