Born in 1989, Vittorio Piro has always believed in doing things properly. A philosophy that shaped his journey from an early passion for cooking to some of Italy’s most prestigious hotels. From the flavours of the Amalfi Coast to the thermal waters of Mioni Pezzato, his cuisine combines creativity with deep respect for tradition. Together with his kitchen team, he carefully selects seasonal ingredients, experiments with new ideas, and brings authentic flavours to every dish.
