What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is only possible from 2 p.m. 

Early check-in, including use of the pools before 2 p.m., costs €35.00.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.

The good news is that you can continue to use the thermal pools right up until the evening of your departure day.
A convenient changing area with showers, hairdryers, and lockers is available for you to use.

Are spa access and treatments included?

It is therefore not necessary to book access to the spa and pools.

Spa treatments, massages, and mud and thermal water treatments are subject to a charge and can be booked separately, according to your preferences.

Are children allowed in the thermal pools and the spa?

We welcome children aged 4 and over as guests.

Day entry, however, is restricted to adults

Are pets allowed?

Dogs and other pets are welcome only in certain designated rooms. To ensure availability, please let us know when you make your booking. The surcharge is €15.00 per day and €50.00 for end-of-stay cleaning. If you do not inform us in advance, the cost of cleaning will be €250.00 instead of €50.00. Thank you for your understanding.

What services are included in the room rate?
  • Breakfast: a generous buffet breakfast.
  • Lunch/dinner: for guests on half board or full board, we cater for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets, as well as other dietary requirements.
  • Pillow menu: sleep “à la carte”.
  • 1 bathrobe per person: provided at check-in from 2 p.m. (replaced every 7 days).
  • 1 pool towel per person: provided at check-in from 2 p.m. (changed daily).
  • Access to the Thermal Garden: featuring 6 pools, 1,200m2 of thermal water, 20,000m2 of parkland, various steam areas, and relaxation zones. From 2 p.m. on arrival day through to the evening of departure.
  • Access to the gym.
  • Daily programme of activities: aqua aerobics.
  • Parking: on-site, gated.
  • Wi-Fi: free internet access available throughout the hotel.
  • Tea and herbal infusion stations available throughout the hotel.
  • Entertainment programme: live music, dance evenings, and DJ nights.

Tranquilla Pool

  • Open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Average temperatures: 34°C in spring, 32°C in summer, 37°C in autumn, 37°C in winter

Veranda Pool

  • Open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Average temperatures: 34°C in spring, 33-34°C in summer, 35°C in autumn, 37°C in winter

Pavilion Pool

  • Open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Average temperatures: 34°C in spring, 29°C in summer, 35°C in autumn, 37°C in winter

Ruscelli dell’Orto

Are towels and slippers included?
  • On arrival, you will find soft towels and one bathrobe per person in your room, with a weekly change provided.
  • We also provide one pool towel per person, changed daily.
  • We kindly ask that you bring your own slippers from home to reduce the use of single-use items and help protect the environment, as well as to make it easier to find your own slippers by the pools.
Is there a car park?

Yes, the hotel has free private parking.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, the hotel has several charging stations for electric cars.

How far is Hotel Mioni Pezzato from the centre of Abano Terme?

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian area of Abano Terme.

Are lunch and dinner included in the stay?

It depends on whether you opted for half board or full board when you made your booking.

  • Half board includes a breakfast buffet and dinner in our restaurant.
  • Full board includes a buffet breakfast, a buffet lunch, and dinner.
  • Half board costs €37.00 (valid only if booked for the entire stay and before arrival).
  • Full board costs €57.00 (valid only if booked for the entire stay and before arrival).
  • Alternatively, you can book the flexible lunch option for €30.00 (choosing the days on which you wish to have lunch at the restaurant) or the flexible dinner option for €47.00 (choosing the days on which you wish to have dinner at the restaurant). 
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian dishes?

Our restaurant offers a set menu with a selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. You can choose from the dishes on the daily menu.

It is not possible to prepare specific dishes.

What are the opening hours of the 1915 restaurant?

Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.
Casual dress; bathrobes are also permitted.

Lunch: 12.30 p.m. – 1.45 p.m.
Appropriate clothing; NO bathrobes, swimwear, sleeveless tops, or flip-flops.

Dinner: 7.30 p.m. – 8.45 p.m.
More formal and elegant clothing.

Is it possible to exclude a lunch or dinner from the board price?

No, the board price is fixed and only applies if booked for the entire stay.

What are the benefits of thermal mud?

Our premium thermal mud, which is certified and naturally enriched with a unique biofilm, has powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It is recommended for osteoarthritis, muscle pain, joint stiffness, and stress-related tension

What are the benefits of thermal water?

Rich in minerals and naturally warm, thermal water stimulates circulation, relaxes the muscles, relieves tension and inflammation, and improves joint mobility, breathing, and the appearance of the skin. A natural remedy that revitalises both body and mind.

What are the opening times of the Tea Rose Spa?

The Tea Rose Spa is open daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. To ensure you have the best possible experience, we recommend you book treatments and therapies in advance.

The spa reception is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Before 8.30 a.m. and after 5 p.m., please contact reception.

How can I book treatments?

You can book treatments before arrival or during your stay

We recommend booking in advance so that we can best meet your requirements.

Contact us by e-mail, phone, or send us an enquiry. On site, you can contact the spa reception, which is open from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or the resort reception.

Do I need to book wellness and beauty treatments before I arrive?

It is not compulsory, but it is recommended to ensure you get the times you want, especially during busy periods. Our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable treatments for you.

What time should I arrive for my treatment?

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, your treatment may be shortened to allow for subsequent appointments.

How does cancelling spa treatments work?

Cancellations are free of charge up until 5 p.m. on the day before. After this time, you will be charged for the treatment without exception, as the therapist has set aside time for your treatment. 

What should I wear for the treatments?

Please arrive wearing a bathrobe. Depending on the treatment, you may wear swimwear if you prefer. Disposable briefs are provided for body treatments. Sportswear is required only for yoga massage sessions.

Do I need to follow any specific rules at the spa?

The spa is a place of tranquillity. We ask that you keep your voice down and switch off your mobile phone to ensure peace and quiet for yourself and other guests.

Do I need to let you know about any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy?

Yes, please do let us know about any specific health conditions so that we can recommend the safest and most rejuvenating treatments for you.

Can I request a female or male therapist?

Of course! Please let us know your preferences when you book, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What are the additional costs for a towel, bathrobe, or spa bag?

Can I buy the products used in the treatments?

Yes, our wellness products are available in the dedicated boutique.

What thermal cures does Mioni Pezzato offer?

Our range of treatments includes: mud therapy, thermal baths, therapeutic massages, and inhalation therapies. Each programme is tailored to your needs by our medical team.

Are thermal cures covered by the Italian National Health Service?

Yes, our thermal centre is an Italian health service partner. With a referral from your GP, paediatrician, or a specialist in the relevant medical field, you can access courses of mud therapy, balneotherapy, and inhalation therapy, paying only the co-payment. The Italian health service prescription (Ricetta ASL) must include the diagnosis, type of treatment, and number of sessions.

How long is a GP’s prescription valid for?

A prescription for thermal cures is valid for the entire calendar yearOnly one treatment cycle per year (1 January – 31 December) is permitted, unless special conditions apply under current regulations.

The prescribed treatments must be completed at the same thermal establishment within 60 days of the first session

They can be carried out in a single session or spread over several sessions, to be completed within 60 days of the start of the cure.

Is a medical consultation required before starting thermal cures?

Yes, a medical admission consultation is compulsory before beginning any treatment. This is carried out by our specialist doctors directly at the Mioni Pezzato Thermal Resort.

Which conditions can be treated with thermal mud combined with thermal baths?

Can I give a spa treatment or experience as a gift?

Certainly. With our gift vouchers, you can treat your loved ones to spa treatments, a day at the spa, or a rejuvenating break. Value vouchers are also available. You can buy them easily online.

Is it possible to buy spa-day tickets?

Yes, by booking in advance, as entry is limited to 10 people a day.

We offer the following options for pool access:

Spa Day 1 

  • includes access to our 5 thermal pools, Kneipp path, sensory shower, chromotherapy, steam bath, Finnish sauna, 1 towel and 1 bathrobe per person.
  • The rate is €75.00 per person from Monday to Thursday
  • Not available from Friday to Sunday.

Spa Day 2 

  • includes access to our 5 thermal pools, Kneipp path, sensory shower, chromotherapy, steam bath, and Finnish sauna. A 25-minute relaxation massage, 1 towel, and 1 bathrobe per person.
  • The rate is €120.00 per person from Monday to Thursday and €130.00 from Friday to Sunday.

Spa Day 3

  • includes access to our 5 thermal pools, Kneipp path, sensory shower, chromotherapy, steam bath, and Finnish sauna. A 55-minute relaxation massage, 1 towel, and 1 bathrobe per person.
  • The rate is €145.00 per person from Monday to Thursday and €155.00 from Friday to Sunday.
