Our Executive Chef Ciro D’Amico 

The professional career of our kitchen chef Ciro D'Amico is wide and rich in culinary impressions. Culinary cultures from all over the world have shaped his professional life. Today he impresses with his organisational skills, his authentic creations, and his passion for the well-being of the guest.

His career began at the Il Faro di Capo d'Orso restaurant on the Amalfi Coast; he then continued his training at the Villa d'Este on Lake Como, then at the Palace of St. Moritz alongside Euro-Toques President Enrico Derflingher. Finally, he returned to Italy to the kitchens of Belmond Villa San Michele in Fiesole near Florence; on the way from Tuscany to Umbria he demonstrated his skills on the stoves of the resorts Le Tre Vaselle and Borgobrufa in the province of Perugia.

D'Amico’s desire to learn new things made him join the large Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain: from the Italian Blu in Landaa Giraavaru restaurant in the Maldives to the Four Seasons in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt – he pursued his passion everywhre.

He has been back in Italy since 2019 and has taken the project of Health Cuisine at Mioni Pezzato to his heart. We are happy and proud to have him in the team of our restaurant in Abano Terme.

Restaurant in Abano Terme: healthy and tasty cuisine – in your swimwear

For those who would never take off their bathrobe and swimsuit we propose to eat à la carte at our outdoor restaurant Il Grill of the Pavilion in hot weather and at Bistrot La Pausa in cold weather. For lunch we offer simple, healthy and always fresh à la carte cuisine, while late in the morning throughout the afternoon you'll find a selection of salads, sandwiches, and other quick and delicious snacks always at your disposal.

A bath in thermal water after dinner

The Veranda Pool of our thermal garden in Abano Terme is open until 11 p.m. After dinner at the restaurant in Abano Terme, you can immerse yourself in complete safety in the thermal water, which will not hinder your digestion thanks to its natural warmth. You will be enchanted by the colour therapy lights, which illuminate the pool in different colours, and the atmospheric park lighting.
