Quality cuisine in Abano Terme

Light. Tasty. Natural.

Ristorante 1915 is the main restaurant of our Hotel Mioni Pezzato & SPA. It is characterised by authentic flavours, a wide range of dishes, a good price-quality ratio and plenty of love in the preparation. Its name recalls the year in which our hotel in Abano Terme received its current name and the wedding of Giuseppe Mioni and Elvira Pezzato.

To reflect our identity as a provider of thermal spa services, we have decided to offer a Health Cuisine. Fresh and, whenever possible, seasonal ingredients and the renunciation of semi-industrial or industrially produced products or flavour enhancers are a matter of course for us.

The wines of the Colli Euganei

Our history is deeply rooted in our territory, as you can see from the wine list of our Ristorante 1915 in Abano Terme. The DOC and DOCG wines of the Colli Euganei are grown on hills of volcanic origin, which give them character, body, and minerality. This is the birthplace of Italian Bordeaux. The Counts Corinaldi founded the first vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc on Italian soil in Lispida in 1870. The most representative DOC wines include Serprino, Colli Euganei Rosso and white wines based on Moscato. DOCG wines are represented by Fior d'Arancio in its three versions: dry, sparkling and passito.
